Policies – Just to make sure we are all on the same page 🙂

We are committed to providing all our clients with the best service. Our policies are meant to provide information you need to enjoy your visit. If you have any questions or concerns, call the salon at 902-765-0000.

We reserve the right to update our salon policies at any time without notice.

 

PRIVACY:  Personal and transactional information will be used to provide our clients with Hair Expressions’ services. From time to time we may send out information about our services or promotional offers; such as in our Monthly Newsletter e-Mail. We will not disclose our client’s personal and transactional information to any third party.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift Certificates may be used to purchase services and products at the salon. The card must be presented at time of purchase and amounts will be deducted from the balance. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and the unused value remains on the card. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Hair Expressions and Day Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use.

Gift Certificates that have been purchased have no expiration date. However, Gift Certificates that have been given as a donation by Hair Expressions do have an expiration.

 

LOYALTY REWARD POINTS:  As of August 1, 2017, every client may choose to participate in our Client Loyalty Rewards program. For every dollar spent on services and product you will earn Loyalty Rewards Points which can be redeemed for any salon service, or retail product. Points will automatically accumulate on your client profile, and can be redeemed at any time. $100 spent in the salon = 1 loyalty point; 1 loyalty point = $1 at redemption. Rewards earned or redeemed do not apply to tax or gratuity, are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Hair Expressions and Day Spa reserves the right to change or discontinue this program at any time.

 

SPECIAL OFFERS & PROMOTIONS: Special offers and promotions advertised in the salon, online, or in print cannot be redeemed for cash value and are not valid in combination with any other offer, unless indicated otherwise.

 

REFERRAL PROGRAM: The best compliment our clients can give us is the referral of their friends and family. Refer a new client to the salon or spa, and they will get 25% OFF their first service, and you will receive 25% OFF your next service with the same service provider.
CANCELLATIONS: Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment and we’ll gladly set up a new time. If you fail to notify us, or no-show more than 3 times in a row, you will no longer be able to pre-book your appointments with us.
REDOS: We strive to provide the best services to all of our guests, however there may be a time that you are unhappy with the service you have received. We would love to make things right, and depending on the situation, have no issue offering a re-do service. In order to receive a redo service, Hair Expressions must be contacted within 7 days of the performed service. In some situations, an appointment with the original service provider and management will be scheduled to determine if a redo is required. All redo’s are at the discretion of management.

REFUNDS: Please be advised that there are no refunds on performed services. A complimentary redo or alternative solution may be offered at management’s discretion.

HAIR EXTENSIONS: Hair extensions require an extensive amount of time and supplies. We require a pre-payment for the hair extensions when the appointment is booked. Please be advised that the hair extensions are not refundable.
